Received the Wrong or a Faulty Item?
We’re all about getting things right - but if something’s turned up damaged, faulty, or not quite what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Snap a photo, share the details, and email our team at hello@lifepac.com.au with your order number in the subject line so we can help quickly.
Once we’ve checked things over, we’ll let you know if a replacement is on the way and guide you through the next steps.
Please make sure items are returned unused and in their original condition. We can’t offer refunds or replacements for items that have been opened or used.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- We’re unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind — our kits are thoughtfully curated, but we get that everyone’s needs can vary.
- Original shipping costs aren’t refundable.
Our Return Policy
- We want you to love your Lifepac as much as we do. While we take great care to pack and deliver your order safely and on time, if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Return Window: You’ve got 14 days from receiving your order to let us know.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Return:
- Email us at customercare@lifepac.co with your order number.
- We’ll send you the next steps for returning your item.
A Few Notes:
- Returns will be issued as a credit note to use for future purchases on our site — we don’t offer refunds.
- Original shipping costs aren’t refundable.
