When Will My Order Ship?
We pack and send orders Monday to Friday, aiming to get yours out within 24–48 hours of you hitting ‘buy’. You’ll get an email with tracking details within 24 hours of your order leaving our hands.
Just a heads-up: things might take a little longer during public holidays or busy sale times.

We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $200. Your order will be sent via Australia Post Airmail, complete with a unique tracking number so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.
Standard shipping usually takes 2–4 business days from the time your order leaves us.
Just a quick note: shipping thresholds might change during peak sale times to match the special offers running.
Need It in a Hurry?
For express shipping within Australia, we charge a flat $18 on orders under $250. Spend $250 or more and express shipping is on us — free of charge.
We send all express orders via Australia Post Airmail, complete with a unique tracking number so you can follow your Lifepac on its way to you.
Express shipping usually takes 1–2 business days from when your order is dispatched.
Heads up: shipping thresholds may change during busy sale periods to match any special discounts running at the time.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind About Shipping & Returns
- If you need to update your delivery address, please get in touch with our customer care team at customercare@lifepac.co before your order is shipped. Unfortunately, if an address change is made directly through Australia Post or DHL, LIFEPAC isn’t responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels.
- If your order is returned to us because it wasn’t collected or the address provided was incorrect, there’s a $15 flat fee to have it sent back out. This covers the cost of reshipping. Please note, we don’t offer refunds for uncollected or misaddressed orders.
- LIFEPAC isn’t responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they’ve left our hands.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
